NFL insider Jason La Canfora reports that Bills RB Fred Jackson (knee) is expected to miss at least the next 4 weeks. An MRI on the injured knee did not provide an exact timetable for return, but La Canfora calls 4 weeks the "best-case scenario." Jackson will be monitored over the next 7-10 days, at which time the team expects to have a more concrete timetable. Fred Jax is worth hanging onto in fantasy leagues, but RB C.J. Spiller now takes over as Buffalo's clear lead back. Filling that role over the final 6 games of 2011, Spiller racked up 633 yards and 5 scores. Only 4 RBs scored more fantasy points over that span. Spiller will be a borderline RB1 as long as Jackson is sidelined.
