Bills HC Chan Gailey says RB Fred Jackson (knee) will "for sure" be back by Week 5, and could even be ready for next weekend's game against the Patriots. "To see where he is right now I’ve got to give a lot of credit to him and the work he’s done and to our training staff for the work they’ve done getting him back," Gailey said. "It looks like he’s got a chance for the New England game and for sure the next game.” RB C.J. Spiller's impressive play will allow Buffalo to play it safe with Jackson. If he's active for Week 4, he'd likely see a limited workload. And even when Fred Jax does get back to 100%, he figures to play second-fiddle to Spiller. But with 10-12 touches per game, he could still be a strong RB3 or flex play in fantasy leagues.
