Frank Gore Not Concerned About Injuries

49ers RB Frank Gore doesn't believe the knee injury he suffered Sunday is serious. "I'll be fine," he said. "I could have played, but (RBs) coach (Tom) Rathman didn't want me to play. Be smart – he said we've got a long season." All signs point to Gore playing against the Cardinals this coming weekend, but we still wouldn't be surprised to see his workload limited a bit.  He's on pace for 318 touches, which would be his most since 2006. The 49ers pulled off the win without him against the 6-3 Giants, so limiting his carries against the 3-6 Cardinals to keep him healthy for the playoffs only seems to make sense.
