Colts RB Delone Carter is a full participant at this week's minicamp. He's back to 100% after offseason thumb surgery, and the injury shouldn't be an issue heading into the season. Carter is currently working as the #2 RB behind Donald Brown. The Syracuse product had a dreadful rookie campaign, managing just 3.7 yards per carry and losing 3 fumbles. He's capable of bouncing back, though, and Brown is far from being locked-in as Indy's feature back. It'll be a situation to monitor this summer.
