Yahoo!'s Jason Cole reports that CB Carlos Rogers is "about to re-sign" with the Niners. Rogers arrived last summer on a 1-year free-agent deal and was terrific. He grabbed a career-high 6 INTs and finished as Pro Football Focus' #11 CB overall. Rogers' fantasy value has never been strong, though, and he should continue to present only limited relevance for IDP folks.
