Felony assault charges against Bucs CB Aqib Talib have been dropped. The prosecution reportedly didn't feel like it had any credible witnesses for the March 2011 incident. Talib has escaped legal punishment, although the NFL could still suspend him for violating the personal conduct policy. Talib can be considered a repeat offender after getting in a fight with a taxi driver back in 2009. Stay tuned.
