With the 16th pick of the second round of the NFL draft, the Oakland Raiders selected Penn State offensive lineman Stefen Wisniewski.
Analysis: This was the first pick of the draft for the Raiders, who dealt their first-rounder to New England for Richard Seymour two years ago. They used it on Wisniewski, the nephew of former Raiders lineman Steve Wisniewski and the son of former Colts lineman Leo Wisniewski. Stefen played guard at Penn State in 2010 but projects as a center for the Raiders, who hope he can be the kind of rookie anchor Maurkice Pouncey was this past year in Pittsburgh.
