With the 22nd pick in the second round of the NFL draft, the Philadelphia Eagles selected Temple safety Jaiquawn Jarrett.
Analysis: The Eagles have major needs in the secondary and can’t be sure whether 2010 pick Nate Allen will come back fully healthy in time. Jarrett played locally, and the Eagles love him as a tackler on the back end.
