Texans TE Owen Daniels is inactive for today’s game against the Titans.  Houston is resting its starters in a meaningless game.  Joel Dreessen will start at TE for Houston and is an intriguing fantasy option.

Packers TE Jermichael Finley (knee) is active for today’s game against the Lions.  Green Bay is resting its starters in a meaningless game, so we wouldn’t expect Finley to play more than a couple series — if at all.

Vikings QB Christian Ponder (concussion) is active and will start against the Bears today.  Struggling of late, he’s not a recommended fantasy play.

We anticipated the Packers resting veteran CB Charles Woodson in the meaningless (for them) season finale. Turns out they’ll rest him the whole game. Woodson is inactive.

Unsurprisingly, the Packers have deactivated OLB Clay Matthews for today’s matchup with the Lions. Matthews hasn’t missed any time this year but has played through multiple minor leg injuries.

The Saints have deactivated FS Malcolm Jenkins and MLB Jonathan Vilma for today’s matchup with Carolina. 

Steelers OLB LaMarr Woodley is doubtful for Sunday’s game despite practicing most of the week. Look for him to be inactive against the Browns, which only enhances the fantasy stock of replacement Jason Worilds. Worilds started in place of Woodley …
