Jay-Z expected to keep Victor Cruz with N.Y. Giants

Victor Cruz has yet to draw an offer sheet as an unrestricted free agent. Is that because he wants to stay with the New York Giants to take advantage of his relationship with Jay-Z's Roc Nation?
