Saints WR Marques Colston headed back to the locker room in the 3rd quarter with a head/neck injury. He went up for a high pass, was flipped by a defender, and landed right on his head. He'll likely be checked for a concussion and might also have a neck issue.
Update: Colston passed his concussion tests and will return to the game.
