Chiefs WR Jon Baldwin (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals. The former 1st-rounder hasn't scored this year and has topped 50 yards just once. He's off the redraft radar. WR Steve Breaston figures to take Baldwin's place in the starting lineup but is nowhere near a fantasy option.
