Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons recently, and now players are expressing their displeasure for Suh, Mlive.com reports.
During a recent poll of fans conducted by Neilsen and E-Poll Market Research aimed at finding out where NFL players stand in terms of popularity, Suh ranked as the league’s most disliked player with only 19% appeal, according to Forbes.com
In 2011, Suh was suspended two games for stomping on the arm of Green Bay Packers offensive lineman Evan Dietrich-Smith.
He was also recently involved in an alleged road rage incident, although he reportedly dialed 911 after allegedly sideswiping a car, and last weeks sack of Jay Cutler has been deemed dirty by some current and former players.
This is what Forbes had to say about Suh this season:
“Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh, the second overall pick in 2010 whose early popularity slipped into reverse as he developed a reputation for dirty play. Suh, whose appeal registers at just 19%, was suspended by the league last season for stomping on a Green Bay Packers lineman in front of a national TV audience on Thanksgiving Day.”
