TE Todd Heap has agreed to a 2-year deal with the Cardinals. The 31-year-old had an impressive 2010 season, racking up 599 yards and 5 scores in just 13 games. He’s lost a few steps but is still a reliable pass-catcher. The Cardinals haven’t utilized their TE in the passing game under HC Ken Whisenhunt, but it looks like that may change in 2011. Even so, we wouldn’t consider Heap more than a mid-range TE2 this season. His addition is good news for QB Kevin Kolb though.
