New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady is the second-most influential athlete in the country according to Forbes Magazine.
Forbes wrote “steady as she goes, Brady’s talent and work ethic keep him consistently near the top.” Brady is a new addition to the Forbes Top-10 list after a season in which he was named the NFL’s Most Valuable Player, while setting records last season for most consecutive pass attempts without an interception (319) and the fastest quarterback to reach 100 wins in the Superbowl era.
Brady is joined on the top ten by three other NFL players. Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu ranked sixth, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Peyton Manning ranked seventh, and Denver Bronco quarterback Tim Tebow ranked tenth.
