Bengals HC Marvin Lewis says re-signing free-agent RB Cedric Benson is the team’s highest offseason priority. The Bengals didn’t draft a RB until the 7th-round, so RB Bernard Scott would enter training camp as the starter if Benson bolts. But if they’re willing to pay him, we’re guessing Benson will stay in Cincy.
