Bills HC Chan Gailey didn’t sound optimistic about TE Scott Chandler’s (ankle) chances of returning for this Sunday’s game against the Dolphins. Chandler went down with a sprained ankle 2 weeks ago, and there’s been no timetable set for his return. TE Lee Smith started in his place this past Sunday, finishing with 1 catch for 0 yards.
