Chargers HC Norv Turner says RB Ronnie Brown has "everything you'd look for in a third-down running back." Brown has reportedly looked rejuvenated in camp and should enter the season as San Diego's #2 RB. But beat writer Michael Gehlken confirms that Brown's workload will take a "distant backseat" to RB Ryan Mathews. We're not expecting more than 5-7 touches per game for Brown, leaving him well short of fantasy value. If you're looking to handcuff Mathews, though, Brown is your best bet.
