Newest 49er Mario Manningham’s Biggest Catch, His Leading Lady

Do you remember the 38-yard catch to set up the winning touchdown drive in the Giants’ 21-17 Super Bowl victory? That was Mario Manningham, a clutch-catching veteran out of Michigan.  After four years with the Giants and a Super Bowl ring, this wide receiver is ready to hit the west coast. Mario inked a two year contract with the 49ers this off season to play alongside newly acquired Randy Moss, Michael Crabtree, and Vernon Davis.

Mr. Manningham also made a big catch ten years ago with Tiffany Hugheely. The two met in Ohio when she was just 13 years old and he 16 while attending their local high school. Today, the couple has a 20 month old little boy named Mario Jr.  Tiffany is currently finishing up her BA in Communications.

Tiffany Manningham in her Super Bowl Jersey-Dress

On top of being a mother and her studies, Tiffany has style.  She showed her support in style as her man won the Super Bowl.  Bella Artistry’s Diamond Duchess took one of Mario’s  #82 game worn jerseys (which was already super tiny) and made it into a fabulous dress for Americas most celebrated sporting event. The Diamond Duchess can tell exactly what position he played as soon as the authentic game worn jersey arrived. From her experience, the bigger sized game jerseys come from the linemen’s wives and the medium sizes come from quarterbacks or tight ends. The smaller authentic jerseys are usually from the receivers’, cornerbacks’ or safeties’ wives or significant others. This was the case with Tiffany and her jersey…she knew Mario was a receiver by the size of the jersey and his number.  This was the first jersey made for Tiffany by Bella Artistry, and she looked like a perfect model in it. Mario loved her jersey and she could tell just by the way he looked at her. The fashionista rocked the right jersey for the Giants victory.

Manningham greets family after the Super Bowl win

Mario and Tiffany’s support for each other will continue as they head to California. They are excited for the new adventures in San Francisco with the 49ers. Although they’re sad to be leaving the Giants and their hometown where they met; they know their families in Warren, Ohio will be waiting for Mario’s next big catch.
