Kyle Orton signs with Cowboys

QB Kyle Orton has agreed to a 3-year deal with the Cowboys.  We're surprised he didn't seek a better opportunity for a starting job.  Orton isn't a threat to QB Tony Romo but does give Dallas a high-quality insurance policy.  Romo has missed 13 games over the past 4 seasons.
