WR Harry Douglas has reached a new 4-year deal with the Falcons. Amid the Tuesday night frenzy, Douglas tweeted that it "looks like I will be staying in Atlanta." He wasn't a big-name free agent but brings intriguing speed at the slot position. With the Falcons, he's unlikely to see enough targets to make much of a fantasy impact -- at least when Roddy White and Julio Jones are both healthy. Backup QB Chris Redman also re-signed with Atlanta.
