Bears HC Lovie Smith says QB Jay Cutler's fractured thumb is back to 100%. Cutler underwent surgery in late-November and was throwing again by late-December. He'll be a full-go for the team's OTAs, and his 2012 fantasy stock will not be impacted by the injury.
