Bengals beat writer Joe Reedy reports that WR Jordan Shipley is on track to be ready for training camp. He went down with a torn ACL in Week 2. The slot man will be almost a full year removed from the injury when the 2012 season kicks off, so he should be ready to contribute. But as a diminutive receiver who relies on quickness and change-of-direction, it wouldn't be surprising if it took a while for Shipley to return to pre-injury form. He'll be just a late-round flier in fantasy drafts this summer.
