Sidney Rice unlikely to play Week 13

Seahawks WR Sidney Rice (concussion) is not expected to play against the Eagles on Thursday night.  The short week "basically rules him out," HC Pete Carroll confirmed.  Mike Williams and Ben Obomanu will start outside, but slot receiver Doug Baldwin is a good bet to lead the team in targets.  He's the only viable fantasy option here.
