Jahvid Best ruled out for Week 12

As expected, Lions RB Jahvid Best (concussion) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Packers.  He still hasn't been medically-cleared.  Kevin Smith will serve as Detroit's lead back, with RB Maurice Morris mixing in.
