Santana Moss expected to practice Wednesday

Redskins HC Mike Shanahan expects WR Santana Moss (hand) to get back on the practice field Wednesday.  "If he feels okay, he's probably in good enough shape to play," Shanny said.  Moss will return as a low-end WR3 as the top option on a struggling passing game.  But we might hold off on using him until he proves he can catch after breaking that hand.
