Cardinals QB Kevin Kolb (foot, toe) was officially listed as limited at practice on Wednesday. It doesn't sound like he did much though. "Kolb moved gingerly on his injured right foot, and... he didn’t look close to being ready to play on Sunday against the 49ers," beat writer Kent Somers writes. Look for QB John Skelton to get another start.
