Matt Cassel Leaves Stadium with Cast on Hand

Chiefs QB Matt Cassel left the stadium after Sunday's loss to the Broncos with a cast on his right hand.  Beat writer Kent Babb noticed his index and middle fingers immobilized.  Cassel said in the post-game press conference that he'll be ready for Week 11, but we wouldn't consider that lock.  Check back throughout the week for updates.
