Kevin Kolb has sprained foot too

Cardinals beat writer Kent Somers reports that QB Kevin Kolb is dealing with a sprained foot and a bone bruise, in addition to the turf toe.  Simply put, the foot is pretty messed up.  It's puts his Week 9 status in serious doubt.  If QB John Skelton is forced to start, it'd be a major downgrade to the Arizona passing attack.
