According to Steelers beat writer Mike Bires, WR Emmanuel Sanders -- not WR Antonio Brown -- will start against the Patriots on Sunday if WR Hines Ward (ankle) can't. The news isn't as big of a deal as it sounds. Sanders and Brown will split snaps, and will likely both be on the field together quite a bit. Sanders actually played more snaps than Brown last week, but Brown was more productive. That's been the case all season, and Brown remains the superior fantasy play this week. Sanders still makes for a high-upside WR3 option though -- assuming Ward is out.
