Peyton Hillis misses practice Thursday

After practicing on Wednesday, Browns RB Peyton Hillis (hamstring) was held out on Thursday. It looks like he suffered a setback, and his status for this weekend's game against the 49ers is now in serious doubt. RB Montario Hardesty could be looking at a big workload again.
