Eagles QB Michael Vick (hand) ended up putting in a full practice on Wednesday. Barring a setback, he'll start against the 49ers this weekend. The injury is to his non-throwing hand, so it won't impact his passing. There's always risk here, but we like Vick as a top-5 QB play this week.
