Ryan Grant has bruised kidney

Packers RB Ryan Grant briefly left Sunday's game against the Bears after being sandwiched by 2 defenders.  He returned a few minutes later and didn't show any ill-effects.  But it turns out he suffered a bruised kidney.  HC Mike McCarthy said the team won't know Grant's Week 4 status until later on this week.  If he's forced to miss time, RB James Starks would become a must-start.
