ESPN's Sal Paolantonio and NFL Network's Jason La Canfora both report that Eagles QB Michael Vick (concussion) will start against the Giants later today. This was expected after he made it through the week without a setback. There's plenty of risk with Vick this week, but he has top-5 upside.
