Jaguars rookie Cecil Shorts is expected to serve as the team's #3 WR today. He won the job over Jarrett Dillard, who is inactive. Like the rest of Jacksonville's pass-catchers, Shorts' value took a hit when the team released David Garrard. He's nowhere near the fantasy radar yet, but we'll keep our eyes on Shorts after his impressive training camp.
