Redskins HC Mike Shanahan confirmed that RB Ryan Torain is currently 3rd on the depth chart. Tim Hightower is the clear-cut starter, while Roy Helu will serve as a change-of-pace option. Torain will need an injury to one of those guys to sniff fantasy value.
