Chester Taylor joins Cardinals

The Cardinals have signed RB Chester Taylor to a 1-year deal.  He's expected to handle some 3rd-down duties but isn't a threat to Beanie Wells' role as lead back.  Wells isn't a pass-catcher anyways, so his stock is unaffected.  RB LaRod Stephens-Howling is the big loser here.  He had a chance to see an increased role but will now revert back to special teams duties.
