The Rams have re-signed WR Mark Clayton. This was expected all along, but it took longer than expected because Clayton is struggling to return from last year's torn patellar tendon. All reports indicate that he's still not close to 100%. Throw in a crowded Rams WR corps, and Clayton isn't an option in fantasy drafts.
Update: Clayton has been placed on the active PUP list, meaning he won't start practicing yet. And Rams insider Howard Balzer reports that Clayton may be transferred to the reserve PUP, which would knock him out for the first 6 weeks of the season.
