Here's OLB DeMarcus Ware on his readiness for the opener, according to ESPN Dallas: "If I had to, I'd be ready for Sept. 5. I think in this game it's more of a mental game and preparing and knowing what to do. The physical part will take care of itself." The "this game" refers to facing an extremely familiar foe in the Giants. The rest of it sure seems to translate into "my hamstring is still bothering me, but no way will I sit." Ware has yet to miss a game in his career, even through the neck trouble a couple of years ago. He has earned benefit of the doubt, but we'll have to watch him early on. Ware hasn't played since the first exhibition.
