Scott Chandler an “every down” TE?

Bills TE coach Pete Metzelaars sees TE Scott Chandler as an "every down" player.  "He’s a big physical guy who can run as well," Metzelaars said.  "He catches the ball great. A lot of people do not give him credit for his blocking, but I think he does that very well and can still get better at it. I think he has a huge upside."  Chandler was on the field for only 58% of Buffalo's offensive snaps last year and finished with 38 catches for 389 yards and 6 TDs.  He could build on those numbers if he truly becomes a 3-down TE.
