Palmer made his Raiders debut mid-way through the 3rd quarter, but he probably wishes he had remained on the sidelines. It was Palmer’s first action since January and the rust was evident. He was 8 of 21 for 116 yards and 3 INTS in just 22 minutes of play. His timing with the receivers was way off, but all hope is not lost. The Week 8 bye should help build some chemistry. Palmer will settle down and still has the arm strength to take advantage of the Raiders’ speedy receivers.
