Both ESPN’s Dan Graziano and Redskins.com’s Ross Leonhart call Tim Hightower the favorite to enter Week 1 as Washington’s starting RB. ‘[HC] Mike Shanahan loves Hightower as a one-cut runner, as a pass-catcher, as a goal-line back and as a pass-blocker," Graziano writes. We’ll buy Hightower entering the year as the Redskins’ lead back, but we’re still expecting rookie RB Roy Helu to take over at some point. Both Hightower and Helu — plus RB Ryan Torain — figure to see touches on a weekly basis though. None of these guys are worth more than a late-round pick in fantasy drafts.
