The Fuller Focus on Charity with Gerald McGrath

Friday the 13th was a little luckier for a lot of kids this year.  Friday, April 13 marked Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie’s 2nd Annual Celebrity Slam Jam for charity at Tennessee State University in Nashville.  Professional athletes representing both the NFL and NBA came from far and wide to support this worthy cause.

The event benefits the Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie Foundation, whose mission is to provide underprivileged children with the resources and tools needed to excel in education, develop strong life skills, practice positive athleticism, and have good citizenship to pursue their dreams and become productive adults in the community.

“DRC” was drafted in the first round by the Arizona Cardinals in the 2008 NFL Draft and was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles as part of the trade that brought Kevin Kolb to Arizona.  He has one Pro Bowl to his credit, and has 164 tackles and 13 interceptions in his four year career.
