Seahawks GM John Schneider confirmed that WR Sidney Rice underwent surgery on both shoulders this offseason.  The first was to repair a damaged labrum that has bothered Rice since college.  Details of the second procedure have not been disclosed.  Schneider added that the team "hopes" Rice will be ready for the start of training camp.  The lost offseason is bad news for a guy who never really had time to settle into Seattle's offense last year.
