Ryan Grant looking doubtful for Week 4

Packers RB Ryan Grant (kidney) was held out of practice on Wednesday.  Afterwards, HC Mike McCarthy admitted that he doesn't expect Grant to be ready for Sunday's game against the Broncos.  McCarthy added that the doctors would continue to monitor Grant, and that he'd be re-evaluated on Friday.  Owners shouldn't be counting on Grant this week though.  If he's out, RB James Starks would be a strong bet for 15+ touches in a tasty matchup.  Rookie Alex Green would step in as the #2 back.
