Redskins Release 2014 Training Camp Schedule

Washington fans have the opportunity from July 24 through Aug. 11 to watch Redskins training camp at the world-class Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center in Richmond Virginia.  Of those 15 days of practice sessions, 3 of them will be with the New England Patriots from Aug. 4-6.

On top of the free admission, fans will have the chance to get autographs and take pictures with players and coaches following the conclusion of each practice.

It is the second year that Washington will host their training camp here, as the $10 million dollar facility welcomed over 165,000 fans over the span of last year’s camp.  Fan appreciation day itself, which will be held Saturday, Aug. 2, drew over 25,000 folks.

Below is a message from Richmond Mayor Dwight C. Jones about the Redskins practicing in Virginia for the second year in a row.  He’s optimistic about both the business it will bring the town of Richmond as well as the excitement it will bring to fans living in the city.

“I am thrilled to begin the second year of the great relationship between the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Washington Redskins.  This year’s training camp is an opportunity for families from all over Virginia to follow the team they love and experience the great culture, dining, shopping and more that the Richmond region has to offer. I am looking forward to visiting camp this year and I encourage all of my fellow fans to join me.”
