Still recovering from May neck surgery, Colts QB Peyton Manning opted not to throw at his annual Manning Passing Camp. Manning says that he was just being “cautious,” although he did admit that he’s still not sure he’ll be a full-go for the start of training camp. “It’s the most cautious I’ve seen him,” was a comment from those who attended the camp. We’ll continue to keep a close eye on Manning’s rehab, but he has said the lockout has hurt his ability to rehab.
