Sports Illustrated’s Peter King recently spoke to Colts C Jeff Saturday, who expressed complete confidence that QB Peyton Manning (neck) will be ready to go for Week 1.
GM Chris Polian wasn’t as optimistic, though, admitting that he doesn’t know when his All-Pro QB will be back. Manning is still rehabbing with team doctors, and no timetable has been set for his return.
