Colts QB Peyton Manning has resumed throwing for the first time since undergoing September neck surgery. He won’t play this season, but the development is good news for his 2012 outlook. Of course, the big question is whether or not Manning will be in Indianapolis next year. The Colts will have a chance to draft Stanford QB Andrew Luck in April.
