Titans HC Mike Munchak says QB Matt Hasselbeck will start against the Jaguars on Sunday, assuming his calf is healthy. Hass has been outplayed by rookie QB Jake Locker in each of the past 2 weeks, but the Tennessee coaching staff has supposedly decided that the veteran still gives them the best chance to win.
